About the Practice
We've built our practice with your comfort and care in mind - from our facilities and our procedures to our staff, all aspects of New Era Dental are intended to put you at ease during your experience. Our reception area is bright and spacious, with a play area to keep children entertained, and our treatment rooms feature only the latest and most effective technology. A graduate of Minnesota University School of Dentistry, Tom Niemi, D.D.S., is proud to provide personalized, professional, gentle dental care to adults and children in the community. He has added many state-of-the-art technologies to the office to better serve his patients. In his time away from the office, Dr. Niemi enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.

Dr. Paula Coffee

Paula Coffee, D.D.S., a native of Pueblo, Colorado, graduated in 1984 from Creighton University's Boyne School of Dental Science in Omaha, Nebraska. After serving a residency at the University of Nebraska's Medical Center from 1984 to 1985 and working as an associate in Deadwood, South Dakota, for two years, she owned and operated Parker Dental Center. After 21 years, she sold her practice and joined Dr. Niemi at New Era Dental in February of 2008.
Dr. Coffee has been involved in providing third-world health care since 1983, and was awarded by her peers at the Metropolitan Denver Dental Society the 2007 Outstanding Service to the World Community Award at a black- tie event. For three years, she was a research dentist and clinical evaluator for Clinical Research Associated in Provo, Utah. She and her two daughters, Emily and Allison, reside in Greenwood Village.
