Drs. Niemi and Coffee are sensitive to patients who come into the office with an endodontics concern. Fortunately for New Era Dental patients, we use advanced technology which allows us to complete root canal therapy in just one visit! The procedure is generally not painful, but our practice offers nitrous oxide if you’re apprehensive.

Periodontal Care

Drs. Niemi and Coffee cannot stress the importance of periodontal care enough. Cleaning the gums and tissue in the mouth is essential to maintaining strong oral health. Extractions

An extraction is usually not our dentists' first suggestion to treat a damaged tooth, but some serious cases require the removal of the tooth altogether. These cases often include impacted wisdom teeth that don’t have enough room to grow and cause pain or discomfort. In other cases, a tooth needs to be extracted to accommodate a set of full or partial dentures or dental implants - which we place at our Arvada, Denver-area office. Implant Surgery

Tom Niemi, D.D.S., and Paula Coffee, D.D.S., are trained and have significant experience in performing surgery to place dental implants. Dental implants are a proven, long-term solution to restore one or more missing teeth. The dental implant process is comprised of two parts; first, the titanium post is implanted into the jawbone, and then the restoration is placed on top of the post.
