Meet the Dentists
Drs. Tom Niemi and Paula Coffee both bring years of education, training, and experience to New Era Dental. A graduate of Minnesota University School of Dentistry, Tom Niemi, D.D.S., has been providing comprehensive dental care and cosmetic dentistry services in the Denver and Arvada area for over 25 years. His associate, Dr. Paula Coffee, graduated from dental school at Creighton University and has been treating patients for 24 years.
Serving Dental Patients All Over the World
The Metropolitan Denver Dental Society honored Dr. Paula Coffee with the 2007 Outstanding Service to the World Community Award for her contributions to dental advocacy and dental patients with special needs. Since her first trip to the Dominican Republic in 1983 with the Institute for Latin American Concern (ILAC), Dr. Coffee has made numerous trips to third-world countries to treat patients in underserved areas - sometimes working for up to eight weeks without running water or electricity. She has also sent thousands of dollars worth of dental supplies to countries in need.
Our Purpose
It is the purpose of New Era Dental to provide our patients with an ethical, pleasant, safe, and enthusiastic environment where they can expect only the highest quality of dental health care. Our product is Optimum Oral Health. In order to deliver this product, we must continue to communicate with each other and our patients. We must care about people to such a degree that we are able to spread the positive experiences made possible by modern dentistry and compel our patients to do the same. In addition, the practice must continue to expand and provide financial security and rewards for both its present and future employees.
We must also provide administrative training and act as a model example for employees who reach to manage other medical and dental practices using workable administrative technology.
